About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at Our Clinics at AMK and Woodlands area. This full-time/part time position is crucial in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our natural therapies and alternative medicine clinic. As the Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care and customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide front desk support, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
  2. Assist healthcare practitioners with patient preparation, treatment room setup, and basic clinical procedures
  3. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked clinic environment
  4. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and general office duties
  5. Contribute to a positive and welcoming clinic atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service
  6. Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare practitioners
  2. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  3. Basic understanding of natural therapies and alternative medicine principles
  4. Customer service experience in a healthcare or medical setting, preferably in a clinic or hospital environment
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  6. Flexibility to work during clinic operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends
