Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere 's medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant who will provide operational support for the clinics with the following job responsibilities:
- Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection
- Error free results entry to CMS system
- Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy
- Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables
- Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination
- Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
About you
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred
- Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer Literacy is required
- Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things
