Job Summary

  • Provide advanced technical expertise and engineering support for the design, implementation, and optimization of solar photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage systems, including smart charging solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, optimize solar PV and energy storage systems, including integration of energy storage chargers.
  • Conduct detailed technical analysis, simulation, and system performance evaluation.
  • Develop and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support during installation, commissioning, and operation phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project execution, and product development to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, standards, and best practices in solar energy and storage systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design, energy storage, or power electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system components, energy storage technologies, and smart charging devices.
  • Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP) and simulation tools.
