Key Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers to support IT initiatives across the Bank.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Group Legal, and IT stakeholders to safeguard the Bank's interests and maximize value from suppliers.
  • Ensure all activities comply with bank internal policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide contract-related advice, highlight potential gaps, and work with stakeholders to mitigate associated risks effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or contract management—preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Solid understanding of IT contract structures, vendor risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, cost control, and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills.
