It is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements across our FX, Crypto, and CFD product lines. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, helping them understand, implement, and maximize the value of our trading technology solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of electronic trading platforms , market structure , and technology-driven execution across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Engagement:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze client requirements and propose tailored trading technology solutions using our cloud-based platforms.
- Conduct product demonstrations, PoC engagements, and technical deep dives showcasing the platform's FX, Crypto, and CFD trading capabilities.
- Develop compelling solution proposals and presentations articulating the value proposition of our technology.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and roadmap.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on electronic trading technologies, market microstructure, and execution workflows across FX, Crypto, and CFD markets.
Post-Sales Delivery & Client Success:
- Manage the implementation and onboarding process , ensuring seamless integration of our trading platforms with client systems and third-party technologies.
- Translate client objectives into detailed solution documentation for delivery and development teams.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (Product, Development, Support) to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor platform usage, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement or feature enhancement.
- Partner with the Account Management team to identify expansion or cross-sell opportunities , driving long-term client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in FX, Crypto, or CFD trading technology , electronic trading platforms, or financial technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of market structure and products including FX spot, forwards, swaps, options, and CFDs.
- Knowledge or hands-on exposure to crypto trading platforms , market data APIs, and liquidity aggregation is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, client-facing technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol , REST/WebSocket APIs , and electronic trading workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements , coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive solution delivery in a dynamic environment.
