Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Liaise with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Basic to strong technical knowledge of products or systems
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
  • Class 3 driving licence and own car are a plus but not required.

Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues and align work schedules.
  • Attend meetings, document minutes, and follow up on outstanding site matters to ensure timely completion.
  • Review drawings and specifications, raise technical queries, and support preparation of shop and coordination drawings.
  • Track project progress, prepare weekly reports, update work schedules, and assist with manpower planning.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance, report non-conformances, and support safe work practices.
  • Assist in monitoring materials, deliveries, installation sequences, and testing or commissioning activities.
  • Update as-built drawings, red-line drawings, and support preparation of handover documents and O&M manuals.
  • Provide overall project support to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Prior experience in HVAC, ACMV, or M&E projects is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Flexible to work on-site and travel to client locations as needed
