As aTender Executive which also known as Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a key role in bridging client needs with our technical capabilities for branch in East Region, Singapore. You'll support business growth by managing the full proposal and tender process, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions for APEC region.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Analyze RFP requirements, develop compliance matrices, and create proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with management, sales, and technical teams to prepare winning bids.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contract evaluations to ensure profitability and compliance.
  • Track proposal status and analyze win/loss factors to improve processes.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Law; preferably in Acoustic, Audio-Visual, IT, Security, ELV, or Building Services.
  • 3–5 years' contract management experience in consulting or engineering, ideally with regional exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of bid management, proposal formulation, and contract evaluation.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools.
