Technician
**Job Identification**:
- Position Title: Technician
**Job Objective/s**:
Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is hiring a technician in Singapore. The technician will support the engineering team on electronic/semiconductor hardware/software installation, product prototyping, troubleshooting and testing.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Setup design and test platforms, including electronic hardware installation and software installation.
- Support functional and reliability tests to ensure functional safety and performance of ZES products
- Support troubleshooting and failure analysis during the development cycles of ZES products.
- Support the logistics, distribution and maintenance of the lab equipment and components.
- Generate and maintain the necessary documents and datasets.
**Authorities**:
- Work with the engineering team to deliver hardware products and to perform verifications.
- Support the engineering team on troubleshooting and failure analysis for product development.
- Support test engineers during product qualification process.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least a diploma in an engineering discipline preferably in electrical/electronic engineering or computer engineering
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in operating test equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, ampere-meter, signal
generator/analyzer, etc.)
- Experience in Windows and Linux operating platforms
- Experience in troubleshooting in electronics systems/platforms
- Is a good team player that can work well in a team to solve problems to deliver solutions to meet
market needs
Preferred Requirements
- Strong expertise in hands-on troubleshooting and prototyping in embedded systems
