**Responsibilities**

The Service Technician will assist the Technical Service Supervisor to provide an exceptional customer service experience by providing quality service repairs, installations and preventative maintenance for our customers which includes:

- Service and troubleshoot complained products from customers
- Assembly and testing of the product before delivery
- Installation of product at customers’ site
- Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Accountable for all tools and equipment usages issued by the Company
- Participate in all jobs related training to keep updated with solutions offered by Company
- Make occasional overseas trips for training/workshops and to provide technical support to other international Boncafé Group of Companies as required
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Fitting and Installation or any related field
- With or without experience in a technical service environment
- Patient, problem solver, able to interact with all levels of people
- Willing to perform occasional overtime and standby duty after office hours & on weekends/public holidays as required
- Willing to travel overseas as and when required on short notice
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $2,500.00 per month
