We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to help manage and grow our online sales channels, including TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.

You will be involved in daily operations, marketing activities, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth business operations and continuous growth.

No prior experience is required — we provide professional training, a proven dropshipping system, and 1-on-1 mentorship.


Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Operations

  • Manage and update product information (images, descriptions, pricing, inventory) on TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Stay updated on platform policies and adjust operations to remain compliant.

2. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform marketing events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create TikTok videos, livestream scripts, and social media content to boost engagement and sales.
  • Use SEO and keyword strategies to optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion rates.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend ways to maintain a competitive edge.

4. Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to handle returns, refunds, and after-sales issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive platform ratings.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketing, social media content creation, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
