About the role

The clinic is seeking a talented and dedicated Aesthetic Clinic Therapist to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality aesthetic treatments and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic in the Orchard area.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and assist the doctor in aesthetic procedures such as lasers, RF microneedling, monopolar radiofrequency, HIFU, injectables, chemical peels and minor operations
  • Assist in skin analysis through Visia machine
  • Perform therapist-driven procedures such as ultrasound face lift, LED/O2, microdermabrasion, microcurrent and dermoelectroporation, etc.
  • Discuss procedures before and after care with patients
  • Point of contact for patients: provide information, guidance, registration, appointments, follow-up and advice on the clinic's services and products
  • Achieve sales goals and service targets by cultivating and securing customer relationships
  • Assist in checking and maintaining records, inventory and supplies
  • Dispense medications to patients
  • Appropriate training will be provided

What we're looking for

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in the aesthetic or medical aesthetics field, such as a diploma or certification in aesthetic therapy
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and the latest aesthetic treatments and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our patients
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
  • A collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • A passion for the aesthetic industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
