Responsibilities

  • Required to perform facial and aesthetic treatments.
  • Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures.
  • Promoting the company's services and products to customers and build customer relationship.
  • Handle all pre/post-procedure care and attend to patient's needs.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including checking in procedures, answering phone calls, appointment bookings, etc.
  • Manage inventory including requisition and stock taking.
  • Sterilization of all necessary tools and conduct proper disposal of consumables
  • Responsible for regular upkeep and maintenance of the consultation rooms, treatment rooms, office equipment or any machines.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good team Player with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn aesthetic/other skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Facial experience in a beauty saloon would be considered.
