This opportunity is with our affiliate, Evoque Medical Aesthetics Pte. Ltd.

How you will make an impact?

  • Offer our suite of services, bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to our clients.
  • Assist doctors during medical aesthetic procedures.
  • Conduct skin analysis for clients.
  • Perform professional facial and body treatments.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including frontline operations, clients' registrations, billings and payments.
  • Provide education and advice to clients on treatments and products and ongoing follow-up.
  • Scheduling and coordinate appointments and follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate client's record on clinic management system.
  • Answering calls and general customer enquiries.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and develop client base.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role in the aesthetics industry.
  • Absolute passion in providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude, excellent relationship-building skills to connect with our valued customers and colleagues.
