Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physiotherapy & Hydrotherapy Assistant to support our veterinary and rehabilitation team. You will play a key role in helping pets receive safe, effective, and engaging treatment, while ensuring a positive experience for pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist veterinarians and physiotherapists during rehabilitation sessions (land and hydrotherapy)
  • Prepare and maintain hydrotherapy pools, therapy equipment, and treatment areas
  • Safely handle and comfort pets before, during, and after therapy sessions
  • Monitor pets during treatments and report observations to the veterinary team
  • Support administrative tasks related to scheduling and client communication
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all treatment areas

Requirements:

  • Passion for animal care and rehabilitation
  • Previous experience in veterinary, animal care, or physiotherapy assistance preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle animals safely, including large or anxious dogs
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable assisting in hydrotherapy and manual therapy sessions
