Customer Care Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive and courteous customer experience at fuel kiosk counters
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment, including: clearing rubbish, sweeping and mopping, cleaning fuel dispensers, cleaning of oil spills, etc
- Replace receipt rolls on fuel dispensers as needed
- Assist with traffic control during peak hours to ensure smooth vehicle flow
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Promptly report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents to the Operations Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N Level or equivalent secondary education
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including midnight shifts
- Flexibility to be deployed across different fuel kiosk locations when necessary
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to commit to a long-term part-time contract
- Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (according to the roster schedule)
