About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Onboarding & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing WX Capital's onboarding process as a client of external Financial Institutions (FIs). Your primary focus will be on the meticulous preparation and submission of our corporate documentation to facilitate a smooth and compliant onboarding experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain deep expertise in the operational and compliance requirements of the financial sector from a corporate perspective.

Key Responsibilities

KYC Preparation & Onboarding Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of preparing and compiling all required documentation for WX Capital's onboarding as a client to various banks, brokers, and other Financial Institutions.
  • Meticulously gather, review, and organize corporate documents, including certificates of incorporation, corporate structure charts, certificates of good standing, and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) information.
  • Accurately complete complex KYC and onboarding application forms on behalf of the company, ensuring all information is consistent and accurate across all submissions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between WX Capital and the FI's onboarding teams, professionally responding to queries and providing additional information as requested.

Compliance & Due Diligence Support:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating WX Capital's internal compliance records and corporate registers to ensure all information is readily available for onboarding purposes.
  • Support the compliance team in monitoring the company's ongoing obligations to its partner FIs, including annual reviews and trigger events.
  • Stay informed of evolving KYC and corporate onboarding requirements across the industry to ensure our applications are robust and complete.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Develop and maintain a master database of submitted documents and application details to streamline future onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Executive Management) to gather necessary information and signatures for applications.
  • Continuously identify and suggest improvements to the internal document collection and onboarding workflow to enhance efficiency.

Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Experience)

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a compliance, operational, or administrative role, preferably within financial services. Exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and superb organizational skills are non-negotiable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with external institutions.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive corporate information.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple onboarding processes with different institutions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

Preferred (But Not Essential) Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of corporate structures and KYC requirements for legal entities.
  • Familiarity with corporate documentation (e.g., Constitution, Board Resolutions, Registers).
