Responsibilities :

We are looking for a professional who can leverage experience as a strategy or management consultant while also leading the organization, including business development, in Singapore.

  • Delivering various project assignments (e.g., overseas expansion support, business strategy development & execution, sustainability strategy, new business creation, HR & organizational development, M&A, etc.)
  • Business development for generating new project opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in a consulting firm at the
    Manager to Senior Manager level
  • Ability to embrace change, take initiative, and work autonomously toward ambitious goals
  • Business-level
    Japanese proficiency
    (able to communicate effectively both internally and externally)
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, a passion for tackling high-difficulty and unknown challenges, and a keen sense of market trends to create new value
  • Leadership and resilience to
    lead project teams
    even in cases where there are no established success approaches in the industry
  • Strong
    communication skills
    to engage deeply with clients and co-creation business partners, as well as the ability to build long-term
    trusted relationships

  • Experience in supporting start-up companies (familiar with lean and design thinking methodology)
  • Expertise in new business development, strategy planning, organizational transformation, DX consulting
    ,
    or other specialized industry domains
