Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8am- 5.30pm)

Contract Period: 1 year Renewable + Convertible + Bonus

Location: Islandwide

What You'll Do:

· Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.

· Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models

· Attending to customers' enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work

· Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports

· Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues

· Responding to and troubleshooting issues/interruptions related to EV charging station hardware/firmware

· Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Engineering, Customer Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery

· Maintain an inventory of tools, spare parts and maintenance equipment, ensuring availability for site work

· Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend enhancements (e.g. to maintenance procedures, reporting workflows, etc.)

· Assist in evaluating contractor performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement

· Perform standby duty during and after office hours for network incidents and special events

· Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need:

· Diploma in relevant Engineering field from any of the recognized Polytechnics in Singapore

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to interpret technical data and logs from charging systems

· Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with contractors, customers, and internal teams

· Able to work on odd timings upon activation, ad-hoc tasks beyond work scope and public holidays and weekends if necessary

· Have a valid Class 3 Driving License

· Prefer candidate with own transportation for travelling to sites
