Responsibilities and Tasks - Preparation of project related documentation for Overhead Line Systems (in the field of Railway Electrification) according to the customer specifications and the Siemens’ regulations and standards. - Clarification of internal and external interfaces related to Overhead contact line systems for Railway Electrification. - Responsible for OCR activities during whole project life cycle and to cross verify the design the drawing, pegging plan, and design layout, Cross section drawing, structural erection drawings & As-built drawings. - Prepare OCR systems design calculations as per standards and technical specifications Carry out design layout of OCR systems with the AUTOCAD, 3D Tools and CAN DROP, SICAT MASTER including modeling of components. - Manage and supervise Designer's experts’ activities and Interface between suppliers and designers, Interface manager. - Planning and performance of Factory Acceptance Tests for mechanical components for external suppliers - Provide regular reports and feedback to the Management on progress of works for on-going projects - Manage and supervise sub-contractor / suppliers’ activities and controlling of the work results. Education - Bachelor degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Knowledge/Experience/Languages - 8 years of experience working in projects related with Overhead Catenary System in Railway projects - CAD-tools AUTOCAD - Familiarization with Siemens SICAT SR, SICAT SRD Overhead catenary system, design tools for Overhead contact lines SICAT Master, CAN DROP etc. - Knowledge of interface management, system engineering, Knowledge of Overhead Contact Systems Design - Knowledge of Railway infrastructure specific interfaces - Knowledge of relevant European and International Standards - Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (AC and DC) - Knowledge of engineering and Project Management processes - Experience in project realization, preferably in an international project environment. - Verbal and written fluency in English Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Mobility Pte Ltd Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
