Company Overview:Our client is a global leading digital asset company. They are seeking a visionary leader to drive mobile performance excellence. As the Mobile Performance Lead, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance mobile application performance, focusing on speed, responsiveness, and user satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to embed performance optimization into the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and measurable impact. Your leadership will guide the team in setting strategic goals, tracking progress, and aligning efforts with broader business objectives. Through thoughtful planning and proactive problem-solving, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, nurturing team strengths and addressing areas for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated success in improving mobile performance across key areas such as lag reduction, memory usage, I/O efficiency, and startup time.
- Leading engineering teams, setting strategic direction, and driving performance outcomes through mentorship and collaboration.
- Extensive experience in building and refining monitoring infrastructures—designing metrics, setting up alert systems, enhancing analysis tools, and crafting optimization strategies.
- Deep familiarity with tools like Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, and other performance diagnostics platforms.
- Track record of delivering creative, forward-thinking solutions to complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- A sharp eye for emerging technologies and trends, coupled with the ability to quickly absorb and apply new knowledge.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and composure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Strong awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, with the ability to rapidly assimilate and apply new knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience with automated performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with hybrid mobile development platforms such as React Native or Flutter.
- Understanding of mobile security best practices and principles.
- Background in digital asset or crypto applications or high-traffic mobile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead innovation initiatives and drive technical excellence across teams
