The Role

You will be a key driver in transforming finance operations through SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across regions.

  • Lead SAP FICO change requests from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and regional rollouts
  • Provide ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and end-user support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SD, MM, Service Order) for process optimization
  • Ensure solution documentation is current and aligned with evolving business needs
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across business and IT
  • Manage FICO authorization roles and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Contribute to financial accuracy through embedded analytics and margin analysis
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively
  • Travel occasionally to support rollouts in Australia and Qatar
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in finance systems

What Are We Looking For?

We're seeking a proactive and experienced analyst with strong SAP FICO expertise and a passion for driving digital transformation.

  • Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Cloud (Private/Public)
  • Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP rollouts across Finance and integrated modules
  • Strong understanding of SAP FICO sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cost & Profit Center Accounting)
  • Experience managing FICO authorization roles (PFCG)
  • Exposure to Project System, Margin Analysis, and Embedded Analytics is a plus
  • Solid integration knowledge with SD, MM, and Service Order modules
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional setup
  • Willingness to travel within APAC as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related fiel
