Job Summary:

• Working time: 7.30am-4.30pm or 1pm-10pm (Shift rotating)
• Working day: 5 days' work week (including PH/weekends)
• Salary range: $2500 - $3000 (depends on experience)
• Benefits below:
• Variable bonus based on performance (highest 5-6 months)
• Annual leave starts from 18 DAYS

Job Descriptions:

• Manage day-to-day operations at the service counter.
• Maintain high service standards and provide excellent customer experience.
• Attend to shoppers' enquiries and handle all aspects of customer service.
• Perform mall promotions and activities such as gift redemptions and campaign support.
• Manage and guide a team of 3 service staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support mall campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min O levels and above
• 2 years related experiences will be an advantage
