Our Client:

  • Manufacturing Industry
  • Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • East - Tampines
  • Basic UP $5500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Understands manufacturing processes and has experience with IT project implementation, especially MES or shopfloor systems.
  • Handles IT implementation for shopfloor and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Attends regular project meetings with internal teams and external customers to manage IT-related tasks.
  • Works with business users to gather requirements and translate them into IT specifications.
  • Coordinates with IT teams to review project progress and resolve issues.
  • Collaborates with the DevOps team to manage dependencies, test systems, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Works with the Infrastructure and Security teams to set up networks, servers, and IoT devices.
  • Supports the IT PMO in tracking system updates and changes.
  • Helps the IT support team identify system gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Assists in quality checks and supports user testing (UAT).

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, system analysis, writing functional specifications, and IT system implementations
  • Familiar with SQL and relational databases (RDBMS); basic understanding of Java or .NET and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
