Job Description

∙Keep vessel voyages updated in the Company platform promptly .

∙Coordinate with Agents to expedite voyages efficiently while minimizing operational costs. .

∙Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs).

∙Manage invoices effectively.

∙Manage commercial operations for foreign going vessels, including post-fixture management.

∙Ensure timely freight/hire payments by following up with Charterers.

∙Generate routine reports on vessels' commercial performance.

∙Optimize voyages to maximize revenue.

∙Calculate laytime accurately.

∙Handle bunker management and procurement.

∙Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.

Requirements

∙Minimally a Degree, preferably in Maritime/Business.

∙A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

∙Have at least 5 years of relevant experience (an advantage).

∙Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

∙Welcome candidates with relevant Degree, even without experience.

∙Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.

∙Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills.

∙Must be computer literate.

∙Must have Chemical Tanker experience.
