IT Executive

· To ensure all IT and telecommunications systems (onshore/offshore/training center) are implemented, maintained and functioning efficiently and effectively to support the organization's activities and vision.

· To provide service excellence to all users by providing prompt and reliable service

· To support the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives based on con Quality and HSE policy requirements.

· To personally play a part in contributing and to inculcate safety culture and environment in the workplace.

· Responsible to ensure all Bourbon standard IT and telecommunication systems (e.g. network infrastructure, hardware and software etc) are implemented in accordance to both Bourbon & local requirements in a planned and timely manner.

· Applies to onshore & offshore.

· To ensure all IT and telecommunication systems in place are well maintained, stable and functioning at all times. Applies to onshore & offshore.

· Monitor, review and drive IT and telecommunication improvements to reduce costs and improved performance. Actively propose and/or lead any IT related projects approved by management. Applies to onshore & offshore.

· Ensure all legal requirements in relations to IT and telecommunications applications are adhered to. Applies to onshore & offshore.

· To ensure Training Center IT applications and network are stable and functioning. Ensure proper maintenance of the systems.

· Supervise and train relevant IT personnel to ensure proper knowledge skills are transferred. Applies to onshore & offshore skills & knowledge.

· To ensure all information is communicated appropriately e.g. new/revised corporate policies/procedures.

· To ensure all end users are appropriately trained for all new/upgraded systems/applications or new procedures

· Ensure all queries/request for assistance are handled in a prompt, efficient and professional manner. This includes providing remote user support, system setup, including procedural documentation and guidelines

· Ensure all guidelines, processes and procedures are in place in compliance with OSM, QMS, SMS
