Summary :

Job Scope:

  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns with empathy.
  • Recommend products, service contracts, service fees to customers.
  • Assist with preparing after-sales reports and other tasks as needed.
  • Support customers via phone to promote products and service.
  • Collect service charges and follow up on unpaid bills.
  • Update customer service records and prepare Quality Claims Reports (QCR).
  • Follow up with QA on quality-related service issues.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to customer-oriented environment and/or call center experience
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
