Job Responsibilities
- Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
- Attend to shoppers' enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement.
- Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned.
- Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)
- Enjoy fun and be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in customer service related role
Other Prerequisites
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
- Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
- Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field
- Keen to work in an exciting and learning environment
