Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements
- Receive deliveries and ensure that they meet the required standards
- Ensure that all requisitions and deliveries are made timely
- Ensure that supplies in the workshop are fresh and well-presented
- Assist the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers
- Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the planning of orders, in a cost-efficient way without compromising on quality
- Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements
- Assist with daily ordering of supplies and financial report
- Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required
- Provide training when required
- Any other job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements Education & Certification - Secondary education preferred Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment Other Prerequisites - Physically fit as need to lift and move large and heavy items
