Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arrivals according to established standards.
  • Attend promptly to guests' requests, inquiries, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and comfort.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance for rooms requiring preventive maintenance or repair.
  • Oversee daily room assignments based on available resources and operational needs.
  • Supervise and monitor daily cleaning operations performed by Room and House Attendants.
  • Plan and conduct training programs for Supervisors, Room Attendants, and House Attendants to enhance performance and service quality.
  • Prepare weekly duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow.
  • Uphold high standards of conduct and professionalism among team members.
  • Evaluate and monitor staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Conduct regular checks on room cleaning progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Service-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach to operations.

Additional Information:

  • Salary/Benefits: Max of SGD AWS
  • Time: Candidate must be willing to do shift hours, weekends and PH
  • Location: Raffles Avenue
