Engagement Delivery Lead / Program Director (QE&A)
(AD level)
  1. Managing the overall program which consists of Testing team of Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Interface testing, Conversion Testing and Non-Functional Testing.
  2. Business interactions with customers, project management, onsite-offshore coordination, metrics tracking, attend working group meetings, summary reporting to exec management, delivery process tracking and management
  3. Reviewing Testing artifacts and deliverables
  4. Participate in walkthrough of deliverables, defect triage meetings
  5. Team cross-skilling and rotation plans
  6. Provide solutions, estimates for new project RFP's. Co-ordinate with the other streams in ensuring a comprehensive proposal is provided to the customer
  7. Manage Operational efficiencies and support other initiatives like recruitment, Delivery excellence, Innovations
Essential Skills
  • Extensive experience in End to end Test Programme management -15+ Years of work experience
  • Strong understanding of BFS domain - Cards and Payments, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking
  • Extensive experience in Cards Products - First Vision and CardLink
  • Strong understanding of data migration concepts
  • Manage all phases of testing SIT, Performance, Automation and act as first point of contact to customer
  • Work with multiple teams in ensuring the client business and IT teams involved are engaged in supporting the test project
  • Managing the Client QA team members to ensure they are all sufficiently trained and have all the tools to deliver efficiently.
  • Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
Nice to Have:
  • Hands on knowledge of Automation tools - TOSCA, Selenium / Java, CI / CD
  • Ability to engage and drive transformation initiatives at customer level
  • Establish and drive process improvements across the projects
Qualification
  • Strong understanding of BFS domain - Cards and Payments, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking
  • Extensive experience in Cards Products - First Vision and CardLink
  • Strong Program management skills
  • Ability to engage and drive transformation initiatives at customer level
  • Strong understanding of data migration concepts
