Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide front-line support to customers.
  • Gathering technical requirements / spec from our customers.
  • Explain and provide details of technical issues to HQ Application team.
  • Regular visit to develop and enhance relationship with customer.
  • Assisting customers during qualification and ensure timely development schedule until MP.
  • Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the development.
  • Provide demo & explanation on new products to customers.

Requirements:

  • M.B.A. / Degree with specialization in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
  • Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development (systems such as electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical and / or combination of these)
  • Field experience of FAE in monitor display industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Korean to communicate with Korea counterpart.
