Responsibilities :**

  • Oversee warehouse operations for internal or external storage.
  • Enforce standard operating procedure (SOPs) for warehouse activities to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operation with internal and external users.
  • Ensure accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records using SAP, C4C and RFID.
  • Responsible in the handling of import and export shipment activities to avoid storage at port.
  • Provide monthly report for all inventory at our premise and 3rdparty warehouse.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in inventory management.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
  • Ensure safety protocols and RA to create a safe work environment for colleague and visitors.
  • Run annual stock take and sample stock take.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Candidates who possess Forklift License will have an added advantage.
  • Candidates are required to handle heavy materials.
  • Experienced in warehouse inventory management.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and SAP.
