Strategy Executive

The Strategy Executive will monitor the performance of Amorepacific Singapore (APSG), conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to support strategic decision-making. He/She will also prepare insightful reports and presentations for management to guide business strategies and decisions.
Job Description:
Monitor the Business Performance of Singapore and Analyze Market Trends:
· Regularly track and evaluate the financial and operational performance of APSG to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
· Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and economic factors influencing the business landscape in Singapore.
· Perform competitor analysis to benchmark performance and uncover opportunities for competitive advantage, ensuring the company's strategies remain relevant and effective.
Support Data-Driven Decision-Making:
· Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that decisions are grounded in accurate data, helping to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
· Develop and maintain dashboards or other reporting tools to track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Facilitate Communication Between HQ and Singapore Office:
· Act as a liaison between headquarters and Singapore office to ensure smooth communication and alignment on business goals and strategies.
· Coordinate meetings and follow-ups, ensuring that the APSG needs and challenges are effectively communicated to HQ, and vice versa.
· Ensure that local teams are informed of any corporate-level changes or strategic shifts that may affect their operations.
Prepare Reports and Presentation Materials for Management:
· Compile data, insights, and performance metrics into clear, concise reports to be presented to senior management.
· Prepare high-quality presentation materials for key strategic meetings, ensuring that information is easy to digest and aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
· Provide recommendations based on data analysis and market trends to help senior leaders make informed, impactful decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail, FMCG or beauty industries.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities with a sense of urgency.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Korean Language due to work collaboration with HQ in South Korea.
