What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose

Be the heartbeat of the studio, the leader who inspires, mentors, and brings the team together. You'll cultivate a supportive, fun, and performance-driven culture that makes every shift enjoyable and meaningful.

Create an Exceptional Member Experience
  • Welcome every member with warmth, confidence, and genuine care.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure every visit feels personal and positive.
  • Handle inquiries and feedback with grace, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
Oversee Daily Studio Operations
  • Ensure smooth check-ins, smooth class transitions, and a seamless experience throughout the day.
  • Keep the studio spotless, organised, and ready for classes at all times.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness checks, and overall operational excellence.
Drive Sales & Studio Performance
  • Lead your team to achieve package, and retail sales goals.
  • Motivate and coach the team to improve conversion rates and deliver meaningful milestones.
  • Understand studio performance and identify growth opportunities.
Manage Schedules & Teams
  • Plan rosters to ensure strong coverage across all operating hours.
  • Train, support, and guide the front-of-house team to deliver consistent service.
  • Encourage open communication and keep team morale high.
Maintain Stock & Assets
  • Oversee inventory of retail merchandise, consumables, and equipment.
  • Ensure stock levels are always sufficient and well-presented.
