Overseeing Check-In and Check-Out Processes:

Ensure a seamless member experience by efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, making each visit smooth and enjoyable.

Scheduling:

Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during all studio hours, keeping operations running smoothly.

Multi-Tasking with Customer Service & Sales:

Balance your role by engaging with members while actively driving sales, helping the studio meet its goals.

Meeting Individual and Studio Sales Targets:

Motivate your team to help members achieve their fitness goals while contributing to the studio's overall success.

Maintaining Studio Cleanliness:

Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of studio assets, ensuring a clean, inviting atmosphere for everyone.

Stock Counts and Inventory Management:

Keep our studio well-supplied by conducting regular stock counts of consumables, assets, and merchandise, ensuring everything is in order.
