Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced packaging technologies and processes for assembling high-density, high-performance electronic devices
  • Work closely with external customers and partners to provide technical support and drive joint development
  • Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to create new processes and products

Requirements

  • No experience candidate are welcome to apply.
  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly equipment will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of DOE tools to design and conduct experiments for process optimization is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytical equipment for failure mode analysis (e.g., SEM/EDX, C-SAM, AFM, confocal microscope, surface profiler, high-power optical microscope) is beneficial
  • Experience in semiconductor front-end or back-end process development is an advantage
  • Knowledge of simulation tools such as ANSYS or ABAQUS for stress and thermal modeling will be an added advantage
