Corporate and Business Development Manager (Listed Company) We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Corporate and Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through joint ventures, collaborations, and corporate initiatives. The role involves identifying and evaluating potential partners, supporting deal structuring and due diligence, and ensuring compliance with listed company requirements. The Corporate and Business Development Manager will play a key role in business development, stakeholder engagement and investor communications, supporting the company's long-term growth objectives. Job Description Research and identify potential JV and collaboration partners. Assist in drafting and reviewing term sheets, MOUs, JV agreements, and collaboration contracts. Coordinate due-diligence efforts: gather technical, financial, and legal inputs; liaise with internal teams and external consultants. Develop financial models and risk analyses to support deal structuring and decision-making. Prepare JV and collaboration presentation materials and briefing notes for executive reviews and partner negotiations. Track project milestones, manage compliance with contractual obligations, and monitor partnership performance. Support post-transaction integration: coordinate kick-off meetings, assign responsibilities, and follow up on deliverables. Ensure operations and reporting are in line with stock exchange and regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing executive materials for board meetings, shareholders, and investor communications. Support senior management in handling investor relations and corporate communications. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, Infrastructure or related field. 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project structuring Proven track record in assisting or leading negotiations for joint ventures, strategic alliances, or large-scale contracts. Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and commercial terms. Proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.
