Singapore LAO MA BAN MIAN PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

The Multi-Outlet Manager works closely with the senior management on strategic business planning and operations. He/She is responsible for the monthly financial performance and day-to-day operations of the outlets under his/her purview.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of outlets to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure outlets maintain consistent brand standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular visits and audits to both outlets to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage and resolve any operational issues, emergencies, or difficult situations that may arise.

  • Financial Management:

  • Take full accountability for the profit and loss (P&L) of outlets, striving to meet or exceed financial targets.

  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs (e.g., labor, inventory), and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer base at outlets.

  • Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and ensure accuracy.

  • People Management & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the outlet managers and their teams, fostering a positive and professional work culture

  • Conduct regular meetings with outlet managers to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address concerns.

  • Customer Service & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at outlets by upholding service and product quality standards.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build a loyal customer base.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across outlets.

Note: This is a 6-day work week position.
