Job Title: Multi Outlet Operations Manager


The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent leadership skills and have a proven track record in managing multiple outlets. The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlets, including customer service, scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of the outlet
  • Ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Monitor income and expenses, manage cost controls, and optimize sales and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide coaching and feedback to improve employee performance
  • Lead by example and promote a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in improving sales and profitability through effective marketing and operational strategies
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
