Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and execute BIM modeling, integration, and coordination for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil & Structural (C&S) disciplines.

·       Utilize BIM models for clash detection and issue review, and coordinate with engineers from various disciplines to resolve conflicts.

·       Produce high-quality Combined Services Drawings (CSD), Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD), and other shop drawings based on project requirements.

·       Create and manage the project's 4D construction schedule simulations using software like Fuzor and Synchro 4D to support project planning and progress reporting.

·       Maintain clear communication with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the accuracy of BIM models and the effective transfer of information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·       Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·       Solid understanding of M&E and C&S engineering principles. Candidates with hands-on project coordination experience will be preferred.

·       Proficient in major BIM modeling software, such as Autodesk Revit.

·       Must have project experience in independently producing Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and Coordinated Model Drawings (CMD).

·       Core Requirement: Proven, hands-on experience in BIM 4D construction simulation, with proficiency in Fuzor and Synchro 4D.
