  • Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Client on design and schedule of work
  • Liaise with Consultants on design matters, all material & shop drawings submissions, authority submission matters, BIM drawings, dFS, etc
  • Coordinate with M&E subcontractors on all site matters, material & shop drawings submissions, installation schedule, testing & commissioning of M&E work, as-built drawings, BIM, etc.
  • Produce M&E coordination drawings and concrete opening plans
  • Liaise with C&S Engineer, Arch. Coordinator, Site Superintendent on related C&S, Arch & Site matters
  • Attend all design & coordination meetings, progress meetings, and safety meetings
  • Ensure that the works are carried-out according to approved materials and drawings and ensure that the subcons carry-out the works safely in accordance with approved MOS, RA & SWP.
  • Review all subcon claims and VOs
  • Submit VO to Client timely, arising from any change of requirements
  • Preform ISO documentation for M&E related works

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Independent & result-driven
  • Able to communicate well and write well
  • Must be able to lead M&E coordinators and BIM modelers
