Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil & Structural works.
  • Coordinate and integrate BIM models across disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.
  • Review drawings, detect and resolve clashes using BIM software.
  • Support project teams with BIM-related tasks, including documentation, detailing, and shop drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and company's modelling guidelines.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Assist in preparing BIM data for project submissions and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, or related engineering field.
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant modelling software.
  • Experience in M&E and/or C&S BIM modelling and coordination.
  • Familiarity with local BIM standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams.
