1. BIM Modeller (Semiconductor P&ID)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update 3D BIM models based on P&ID diagrams and engineering drawings for semiconductor facilities.
  • Coordinate with process engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and model integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and semiconductor cleanroom layout requirements.
  • Manage revisions and version control of P&ID models using Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or Navisworks.
  • Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts with other disciplines.
  • Prepare and extract 2D drawings, BOMs, and relevant documentation from models for construction and procurement purposes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably in semiconductor or cleanroom-related projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Understanding of P&ID symbols, process flow, and MEP coordination.

2. BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager (M&E Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produce and maintain BIM models for M&E systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) in construction projects.
  • Collaborate with design engineers and site teams to reflect actual site conditions and changes.
  • Conduct clash detection and support coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
  • Generate detailed shop drawings, isometric views, and installation drawings.
  • Ensure all models and drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and company BIM standards.
  • Assist in preparing as-built models and handover documents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in BIM for M&E construction projects.
  • Candidate will more experience will be considered for BIM Manager's position
  • Candidate who're skilled in AutoCAD/Revit/Navisworks is welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with local construction standards and practices.
