  • Sourcing of quotations
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement-related documentation
  • Arrangements of logistics for workers and CES assets
  • Filing, matching of invoices and delivery orders
  • Perform adhoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

  • GCE N/ O levels
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proficient in using MS office
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry regulations
  • Preferably Singaporean/ Permanent Resident
