- Assist with sales order entry, tracking, and delivery arrangements
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed
