Working hours: 9.00am – 6.30 pm (Monday to Thursday), 9.00am – 6.00 pm (Friday)

Salary: up to $3,200 per month

Contract duration: 12 months

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and coordinate dynamic focus group discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, gaining valuable user insights and identifying key pain points to enhance our portal.
  • Collaborate with various divisions to validate requirements, structure content, and ensure the revamped portal aligns with user needs and our organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the cleanup and migration of data, developing standardization guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across the board.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, compile critical feedback, and ensure a seamless implementation of the revamped portal.
  • Be the voice of the organisation on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Plan engaging content calendars, track performance, and report on analytics to continually improve our digital presence.
  • Work closely with multiple divisions and external vendors to maintain and innovate the corporate website and digital assets.

Job Requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in digital project management.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), digital asset management, and current website technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
