Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery processes including spare parts transactions and delivery order arrangements.
  • Coordinate spare parts jobs by checking availability in SAP, raising purchase requisitions, liaising with procurement, and preparing packing lists with serial numbers and proforma invoices.
  • Maintain service index by generating service numbers, updating project codes, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Oversee machine crating and shipment by confirming dimensions, sourcing quotations, raising PRs, monitoring packing, and assisting with cargo loading using forklift.
  • Respond to customer requests for spare part quotations by identifying correct part numbers via PDM/BOM and supporting the sales team.
  • Support warehouse operations including kitting for projects, goods receiving, and stock labelling.
  • Assist with inventory control, documentation, and logistics coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with delivery, packing, and import/export documentation.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
  • Forklift license is an added advantage (or willingness to obtain one).
