We're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Car Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team You'll be helping customers find their perfect ride, making the car buying experience smooth and exciting, and turning first-time buyers into lifelong fans. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning on the go, and being part of a fun, supportive team, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell cars.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features, specifications, and benefits of different car models.
  • Demonstrate vehicles to customers and accompany them on test drives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with current market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
  • Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
  • Always willing to "walk the extra mile" to improve the customers overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven, confident and result oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • A passion for cars and knowledge of different car models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Working experience in an automotive industry will be an added advantage.
