Job Description:
Join the dynamic team at BW Automobiles and Venture Cars, where your passion for cars and exceptional customer service skills will drive your success. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal vehicle while achieving your sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Engagement
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, offering a warm and professional experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits.
2) Sales Process
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including financing options and documentation.
- Negotiate effectively to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of vehicle inventory and pricing.
3) Lead Management
- Follow up on sales inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
4) Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver excellent post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5) Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to support sales efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level or equivalent or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- Team player with positive mindset and integrity
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays, with a flexible schedule.
- Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus."
