About the role
Are you an experienced Car Audio System Technician looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? Audio Craft Pte Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality car audio systems in the North Region, is seeking a talented Car Audio System Technician to join our growing company. This is a full-time position based in our North Region location.
What you'll be doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex car audio systems, including speakers, amplifiers, and head units
- Install new car audio systems and components, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them choose the right audio solutions for their vehicles
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in car audio technology and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a Car Audio System Technician, with a proven track record of successful installations and repairs
- Strong technical knowledge of car audio systems, including wiring, amplifiers, speakers, and head units. Experience using CAD 3D printing is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex audio issues efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
